Your shipment is palletized freight with tops, legs, and panels wrapped and boxed individually.

• Lift Gate Service: the carrier will deliver the pallet on the ground and to your door. *Inside delivery not included.

• Appointment Delivery: the carrier will communicate with you to establish a delivery date and window that best suites you

Shipping Policy

At Podcast Tables Shop, every order is packed and shipped with the same care and craftsmanship we put into building our products. From the moment your order leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your door, we are committed to ensuring a safe, reliable, and transparent delivery experience.

Standard Shipping

*Podcast Table Minis ship free via UPS Ground when not included as part of a large freight order.

Freight Shipping — Flat Rate $199

Large orders — including Modular Tables, Flex Tables, Solo Creator Desks, and Rectangular Tables for 4 — are subject to a flat-rate freight fee of $199.

All freight shipments are professionally palletized and delivered via common carrier with lift gate service included. This means no loading dock or forklift is required at your location — the lift gate lowers your shipment safely to ground level, and the carrier will typically use a pallet jack to bring it to your door.

Please note: All freight deliveries are curbside or door-adjacent and outside only. Inside delivery is not included in the flat rate. Any additional services requested on-site by the receiver — including inside delivery — will be billed directly to the receiver.

Address Changes & Reconsignment Fees

To protect our customers and ensure accurate, on-time delivery, all shipping addresses are confirmed at the time of purchase. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully verify their shipping address at checkout.

If a delivery address must be changed after an order has shipped, any carrier reconsignment request requires prior approval from Podcast Tables Shop. Reconsignment fees start at $50 and may be higher depending on the carrier and the specifics of the change. All reconsignment fees resulting from a customer-requested address change will be billed directly to the customer.

Packaging & Care

Each order is meticulously packed using bubble wrap, foam corner protectors, and reinforced tape. Our packaging is custom-designed specifically for our products, ensuring your table arrives in perfect condition — exactly as it left our facility.

Assembly

All tables require assembly upon arrival. View the assembly videos via QR found on your hardware box or sticker on your hardware bag, or view them on our website here.
