Replacement Policy for Custom-built Podcast Tables 

At Podcast Tables Shop, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality custom-built podcast tables. We understand that occasionally, products can be damaged in transit or may have manufacturing defects. To ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, we have developed a replacement policy as outlined below. 

Damage or Defect Claims 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product. To make a claim, please email us at Jason@PodcastTables.Shop, or fill out the form below and include: 

  • Your order number 

  • A description of the damage or defect 

  • Photos of: packaging damage (prior to be opened) and the damaged product 

*Please note that failure to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging may result in a delay or rejection of your claim. 

Replacement Process 

Upon receipt of your claim, we will review the photos and information provided. If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. 

If your claim is rejected, we will notify you of the reasons for the rejection and offer you the option of purchasing a replacement product at a discounted rate. 

Exclusions 

This policy does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, mishandling, or neglect of the product.
