Replacement Policy for Custom-Built Podcast Tables
At Podcast Tables Shop, we stand behind the quality of every table we build. We understand that transit damage and manufacturing defects can occasionally occur, and we are committed to making it right. The following policy outlines how we handle damage claims, defects, and returns.
Damage & Defect Claims
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. To submit a claim, complete the form below and include:
Your order number
A description of the damage or defect
Photos of the packaging damage (taken prior to opening) and the damaged product
Please note: Failure to provide photos of both the packaging and the product may result in a delay or rejection of your claim.
Replacement Process
Upon receipt of your claim, we will review the photos and information provided. If your claim is approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped to you at no charge. Replacements typically ship within 2 weeks of claim approval. If your claim is not approved, we will notify you of the reason and offer you the option to purchase a replacement at a discounted rate.
Returns
We accept returns on items in both original unassembled condition and items that have been assembled and subsequently disassembled for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be packed in its original packaging and secured to a pallet for freight shipment. Return freight and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your table has been assembled prior to return, you must photograph all table tops before repacking to document their condition. Returns will not be accepted on tables that were damaged during the assembly or disassembly process by the customer. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Exclusions
