Stage progress
Every order moves through ten stages, from confirmation to delivery.
These stages reflect our typical production timeline. Orders may move quicker if total order volume is low. If your table is ready to ship before its estimated ship date, we'll notify you directly. For freight orders, the carrier will contact you before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment, so please make sure we have a phone number where you can be reached directly. Questions?
