Switch & Board, a podcast studio in Washington D.C. is the recipient of this beautiful 4-person podcasting table with k-style legs and a special walnut stain finish.

Selcuk, owner and operator of this studio, contacted me to set up a Zoom conference call to discuss his podcast table needs. I was very excited for the potential to build one of our podcast tables for an actual podcast studio business - being that this is why we designed the tables the way we did.

We take into account the needs of a podcaster for cable management and mic placement, and visual aesthetics for live streaming and recording video podcasts.

This studio wanted a unique design. They added 12” tall panels around the edge of the table to hide the underside of the table, just in case they had to zoom out on their camera enough to have a wide shot of all four podcasters at one time. They also made some minor tweaks to the placement of the cable grommets and clips on a few of the tables.

All that to say, our tables are also customizable, to an extent. If you need grommets or outlets placed differently than what’s on our standard design, please don’t hesitate to ask.
